I'm trying to chase around the noon fatigue, so I brewed some coffee and made a high-protein lunch. I had some leftover whole grain penne with broccoli and kale, half a brick of plain tofu, and a farm-fresh cucumber. I had a little balsamic and oil on the side for dipping the cukes and tofu pieces in. It was a very satisfying meal, and I'm pretty full! I have a little time before class to catch up on a certain show, and let me just say, things are heating up with the Upper East Siders!
I have a Pilates today, so hopefully some of that stretch work will ease my muscle pain a little. Steve said I should just let the sore spots heal naturally in my back; I probably pulled a muscle during my lat presses yesterday.
