I have quite a bit to do today to get ready to leave (textbook buyback, buy kitty litter, hand in assignments, etc.) but it would be positively lovely if I was able to squeeze in a gym session before I leave. I haven't gone in a week and I don't like it at all! Bah.
I had a Clif Mojo Mountain Mix bar before I went to bed last night. I LOVE these bars.
I opened up another Justin's nut butter to use in my breakfast cookie. I'll need to taste it on its to give a full review.
This buddy joined me at breakfast this morning. This is Jeannette, Jim's wife (because apparently men don't have eyebrows...?).
1/2 cup oats
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 packet Justin's honey almond butter
1 mashed pear (it helps to heat it a little in the microwave first to soften it up)
2 T skim milk
Again, another hit. I really like the pear taste and texture. There are so many possibilities in this breakfast cookie! Thank you, Gina!

I'm not sure how posting is going to go today... I have to drive to Wayzata to drop my car off at 3, so I'll try to get lunch up before then. If not, see you on the other side!
