Something odd is going on with my body... maybe it's because it's getting colder, but I've been so exhausted recently. I took another very long nap, and didn't end up eating dinner until 9:30.

Around 5, I had a Kashi TLC bar.

I had a Kashi frozen meal for dinner because I didn't want it to get any later while I prepared something fresh.

Lime Cilantro shrimp: 250 calories, 12 grams of protein, 6 grams of fiber.

With an Embodi:

And a sugar free rice pudding for dessert.

i've been exhausted lately too! i think it's the shorter days + darker days of winter :(

do you like the kashi frozen dinnerS? i've never tried one...i'm VERY loyal to amy's lol

I've had this one before; I like it but it needs SALT. I have another one in my freezer. Which Amy's do you like?
