Our internet wasn't working this morning so I'm writing from school... so no photos, sorry.  I had a bowl of special K/ mueslix with a banana and skim milk for breakfast.  I had a pretty random lunch: 4 slices baked tofu "ham", half a PB & J, a Balance Bare bar and a pear.
I'm pretty sure the problem in my leg is a stress fracture, and it's only been getting worse.  I'll most likely have to walk the 5k on Saturday, which is disappointing, but better than being in pain for 3 miles and doing more damage.  I'm going to try to make an appointment with health services, but they're usually booked weeks in advance.  Humbug.
