Quick dinner: spicy black bean burger with feta on honey wheat double fiber Thomas' English muffin with spinach and salsa:


Spinach salad with red pepper, pickles, cottage cheese and broccoli with oil and vinegar.


All together with a glass of Shiraz:

Blah night. Going to Sarah's later to watch movies. As Jenna said, it's a case of the Mondays.
