1/4 cup steel cut oats
1 cup water
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 banana (added to the pot at the very end)
2 dried apricots
1 teaspoon flax seeds
handful raisins
chopped walnuts
splash maple syrup
I might need to get back in bed for a little.... My body just isn't ready to greet the morning yet.
